Why president Yoweri Museveni of Uganda celebrates his birthdays continuously in his late eights unlike his last years of youth.
Allegedly its a presidential transition strategic plan to prepare Ugandans for the coming of his son General Muhoozi Kayinerugaba on the presidential Chair of Uganda as the opposition parties fights for other political positions.
Dean Lubowa Saava, an investigative Journalist expressed his opinion and analysis while speaking with TV10 News room on why president Museveni celebrates his birthdays in his late eights unlike in the past of his youth ages.
” In his early ages (Museveni) could not even mention about his birthday, but in this time of Museveni’s old ages as General Muhoozi also indicates interests to take over his father’s presidential chair, the Father Yoweri Museveni is busy celebrating his birthdays”..
”Unfortunately the opposition parties has not in any way shown their readiness with at-least a competence presidential material to take over power in this transition period” Dean Lubowa Saava.
