KAMPALA — Natasha Museveni Karugire, daughter of President Yoweri Museveni and First Lady Janet Museveni, has made a public appearance after spending several months away from the public eye.
Natasha shared photographs of herself alongside her mother, Janet Museveni, in a post that has drawn attention from members of the public following the prolonged absence.
The post comes after President Museveni previously disclosed that his daughter had been dealing with an illness, prompting concern and speculation among the public about her wellbeing.
However, Natasha’s latest appearance appears to signal a positive development.
Accompanying the photographs, Natasha expressed gratitude to God, simply captioning the post: “Thank you, LORD Jesus!”

The images show Natasha together with the First Lady in a seemingly warm and relaxed moment, offering a glimpse of the family after months of limited public visibility.
Her return to the public space has since attracted messages of goodwill, with many Ugandans expressing relief and wishing her continued recovery and good health.
Neither Natasha nor her family has provided further details about the nature of her illness or the treatment she may have undergone.

The latest photographs therefore remain one of the clearest public indications that Natasha is once again engaging with the public following the period away from the spotlight.
