Col. Edith Nakalema calls for hands to join in the war to fight against corruption in Uganda.

State house investors protection unit director Col. Edith Nakalema calls Ugandans to join hands in the war to fight against corruption in Uganda.

In an interview with TV10 Gano Mazima Nakalema expressed concerns of how corruption penetrate in all both Government and private sectors.

“Corruption has come to even the extent that parents guides their children of how to practice corruption from their childhood in school while campaigning to be prefects” Col Nakalema adds that Parents give their children money to bribe for posts of prefect, head girl and any other posts in school.

Parents and heads of schools must stop that act otherwise if not the next Uganda’s generation will be more in corruption.

“As a soldier as well as the former head of state house anti corruption unit and head of state house investors protection unit I have zero tolerance to any case concerning corruption.

Col. Nakalema warn conmen or (people who receive money from investors by false pretence.

She says that Uganda lacks servants in terms of workers in all public offices that is the causes of the current rampant corruption in Uganda.

All investors services are free of charge for both local and international, there is no blockers, no any investor should be charged to access the state house investors protection unit under the leadership of Nakalema.

“The president of Uganda Gen. Yoweri Museveni is aware of Ugandan conmen who are defrauding money from the investors by false pretence and that is the reason of why the state house investors unit was established.She says.

Col Edith Nakalema she however adds that there some fake investors found through the assessment process.

But there are also people who restrict investors to invest their money in Uganda because of corruption to link up with responsible offices.

She urged all people allover the world who are categorically investors to use digital platforms of state house investors protection unit to avoid corruption through her office.

Col.Edith Nakalema also calls other people in public offices to practice humbleness, patriotism and faithfulness.

”The official site or online platforms of the state house investors protection unit which was established and commissioned on 13 of December 2023 and its link is protection.statehouseinvest.go.ug” says Col. Edith Nakalema.
