Mpuuga’s fight to rescue the NUP boss from the hands of the Juntas has made him suffer a lot as they have started defaming him and tarnishing his name.
A lot has been said a bout and against Mpuuga that what ever he does is against the party and his fellow leaders but all this is because that the juntas are seeing him as a wise man that will rescue their boss.
After this crew realizing that mpuuga is capable of rescuing the NUP boss, they started harassing him and coming out with the deals that may chase him out of the party.
This is all done because the NUP boss has trust in some of the people inside the party and their voices are heard than any other, which means that they can even control him in words and fake news.
The people who have held Kyagulanyi captive are Lubongoya the party’s secretary general, Katana the current NUP treasure, Babie Itungo (Wife to Kyagulanyi) who acts as a decision maker and yet she has no specific responsibility with in the party structures. The last one is Zake who leads the propaganda and abuse brigade.
Most of the above mentioned people are using Kyagulanyi for their personal interests.
Out of their ignorance and shortsightedness, they are also demolishing the few achievements of the National Unity Platform in their quest to have Kyagulanyi under their control.
This is likely to cause more in fights with in the party, which is going to be the direct road to it’s collapse.
After the collapse of the party Buganda region will have a lot to fight for because they will have lost all that is for Buganda today as Buganda region is still very weak in politics.
If the Party is to maintain it’s name and keep going, Kyagulanyi should start making mature decisions and remove friends and relatives from the administration of the party.
