UGANDA ELECTORAL COMMISSION: The End Of An Era For Lwanga and James.

The Uganda Electoral Commission has been having two strong people who never believed that they would ever leave the Commission anytime soon, and these people are Joseph Lwanga and James Niwamanya.

They utilized well their time while at the EC by enjoying Government money and using the Electoral Commission’s account to deposit and withdrawal money sent by mafias heading different ministries, including acts of sex for jobs.

These two people were supposed to leave the EC sometime back with Lwakojo the former EC secretary general and Taremwa the former PR, but due to their bribes, these people were maintained to continue working with the EC.

TV 10 Gano Mazima did a story on how James Niwamanya has been harassing young girls sexually so that he could give them jobs in EC.

This is all because James has shares in Profile International agency which is also the electoral commission recruitment agency.

It is allegedly said that James harassed very many girls sexually and ended up impregnating one of the girls and the end result was abortion which is against the law.

According to the Tv 10 inside sources James was invited in a meeting and had his issues discussed and due to the shamefulness that came with his acts, he decided to resign from his office.

In a letter to the Secretary on 15th March Niwamanya was informing the responsible personnel that he is taking an early retirement from his job as the Human Resource Manger from 18th march 2024.

Niwamanya who had spent 15 years of his career as a commissioner mentioned in a letter that his decision has been reached and taken after consultation with his immediate family and in consideration of his mental health which would be affected if he continued working for the commission.

According to our sources as TV 10, Lwanga Joseph who was the director of finance, his contract with the commission also came to end.

Lwanga as the director of finance has been involving himself in acts of misuse of the taxpayers money by using the the Electoral Commissions account to receive money from the mafias.

He has been taking part in misusing the EC’s money especially the 79 billion Shilling of which was planned to mobilize and to sensitize voters.

Lwanga had started developing dirty plans of murder because he was even planning to kidnap a journalist who was asking for his side of the story on the alleged 79 billion shillings saga. He thought that these people had a lot of information regarding his dirty work.

According to our sources he even had planned to kill one of the commissioner’s wives and he sets up the investigative journalists because he thought they had a lot of information about his dirty dealings.

“The absence of these two people in the EC will bring a positive change because these people were behind every evil activity in the EC,” Our source revealed to us.

TV 10 has authoritatively reported various stories about the negative impact of these two with in the commission, but at least our efforts have been fruitful.
