Shameful Event: Prince Kassim Nakibinge and Businessman Ssempebwa were Evicted from an Estate They Obtained On a Fake Will.

Breaking and shocking news comes from Kibuli revealed how revered Prince Kassim Nakibinge Kakungulu and tycoon Hirji Karim’s associate, Joseph Ssempebwa have been running the affairs of the estate of Kabaka Ronald Muwenda Mutebi’s close relative on a fake certification which was found out that a judge was conned into granting to them, equally based on a fake will.

As TV10GanoMazima, we can exclusively and irrefutably talk about how Justice John Eudes Keitirima has since revoked the controversial probate issued by Lady Justice Solome Balungi Bbosa in 2001, chasing Kakungulu and Ssempebwa from running the affairs of the estate of Prince George William Mawanda Chwa.

Mawanda was the undisputed heir of Sir Daudi Chwa, the 34th Monarchy of Buganda, implying that he was the brother to Buganda’s 35th Monarchy, Edward Muteesa, the father to the reigning Kabaka of Buganda, His Royal Majesty Ronald Muwenda Mutebi II. Provisional reports coming in has it that Justice Keitirima is the one who declared Kakungulu and his co-administrators to be fake executors of the estate of the late Prince George William Mawanda Chwa (GWMC).

We have been able to gather that the disputed will is dated June 12th 1994 and was presented to the High Court by Mawanda’s heir, Prince David Namugala, trapping Lady Justice Balungi Bbosa, currently based at the Hague International Criminal Court, into certifying the controversial probate, appointing Kakungulu and even the heir himself as executors of the bogus will itself.

We have further irrefutably established that the disputed Will first came to light at the vigil of Mawanda and that it’s Kampala prominent lawyer, Ssebugenyi Mukasa, a managing partner at the prestigious law firm of Ssebalu, Lule and Company Advocates, who introduced it to the mourners.

Doubtful about the Will’s authenticity, which was being fronted as one left behind by the deceased, Mawanda’s son Prince Albert Mutebi and his nephew, Prince Nicholas Jjunju embarked on the mission to find out the truth. In the course of searching for the truth, Princes Albert and Jjunju chanced upon one of Mawanda’s former confidants identified only by one name of Mukasa, who told them how the Will was fake.

We have provisionally established how the two Princes retained the legal services of Senior Counsel Brian Othieno, who through his law firm of Alliance Advocates based at Lugogo, took on Prince Kakungulu and his group of fake executors, culminating into the revocation of the fake probate. Keep watching this space for more shocking revelations about this saga as they continue flowing in.
