- Namungoona Housing Estate: Located in Kampala, this estate comprises 200 housing units, with each house priced between UGX 200 million and UGX 250 million. The project aims to provide quality housing in a strategic location .
- Bukerere Housing Estate: Situated in Mukono District, this development plans to offer between 2,000 and 3,000 housing units, including three-storey flats targeting upper-middle-class clients .
- Jasmine Apartments, Naalya: These three-bedroom flats, each measuring 117m², are located in Kira Municipality and feature retail shops and communal amenities .
- Rwizi View Estate, Mbarara: This project offers two and three-bedroom apartments in the city center, providing modern living spaces in a growing urban area .
- Bukerere Jubilee City: NHCC plans to develop a 320-acre site in Mukono District into a comprehensive urban center, featuring residential, commercial, and recreational facilities .
NHCC’s strategic initiatives focus on enhancing housing accessibility and sustainability:
- Public-Private Partnerships (PPPs): Collaborations with entities like Shelter Afrique have enabled NHCC to secure funding for housing projects, such as the $9 million loan used to complete 162 housing units in Namungoona .
- Government Repossession: The Ugandan government has initiated the process of repossessing NHCC to enable the company to serve as the main national implementing agency for social housing, low-cost housing, and slum upgrading projects .
- Infrastructure Development: NHCC has contributed to the country’s infrastructure by constructing office blocks like Crested Towers and public facilities such as schools, hospitals, and airbases .

- Luzira Diaspora Village: A development featuring 300 units ranging from 1 to 4 bedrooms, catering to the needs of the Ugandan diaspora.

- Lubowa 80 Apartments: A large-scale project comprising 2,000 units of 2, 3, and 4-bedroom apartments, aimed at addressing the growing demand for housing in Wakiso District .
